I have a flow that triggers an email to approve or reject a new item added to a SharePoint list. (In this case, the item is a project request.) The approver clicks "Approve" or "Reject" in the email, and then the requestor gets notified of the approval or rejection.
Is there a way for the approver to add a comment to the email that gets sent back to the requestor? As it works now, the email is just an automated message back to the requestor. It would be nice if the approver could add a comment if the item is rejected as to WHY it was rejected. Is this possible?

Please try to use the modern approval action “Start an approval”. We can capture the approver’s feedback with the Comments output.
Please see this blog for more details about the modern approvals action:
Thanks for updating.
Please feel free reply if you need more help.
But the issue with "Start an Approval" option is that approval email sender is not whose connection is being used in the flow but it is Microsoft Flow <firstname.lastname@example.org>. As approval email is not coming from Organizational account, approver may ignore the mail.
My understanding is modern approval actions cannot be approved by thouse outside your organisation, and those without a 365 account. Furthermore I am unable to add html to the approval email though the modern approvals, this is a feature available in the standard approval emails action. Is there an alternative that offers the best of both world by allowing comments, html and outsid users?
