I am archiving SharePoint records, and the list contents is very long for each record. Adding each of the fields to the Create Item action takes much longer than it should because the dynamic content window resets and starts over at the top every time I move to the next field. Is there a way to anchor or dock this window?

Hi @TMMK64571, not it's not possible to anchor it but there is a related request for such a feature which you can vote for at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/Floating-Dynamic-Context-box/idi-p/266806

I haven't seen a way to anchor or dock the window, but if you know what dynamic content you need you can search for it in the search bar at the top. That will filter the list and bring the item you need to the top. I find that much quicker than scrolling down every time.
I've posted a similar idea to the ideas forum.
