Annual leave flow - approval to a group calendar

how do I ensure that a flow adds the approval to a group HR calendar that I already have set up?

hi Jonathan, not sure if I understand what you are trying to do but Approval requests are sent to email addresses of the approver(s). Are you trying to add the requests as an event/meeting on a group HR calendar?

I am trying to add approved annual leave to a group HR calendar, so all senior staff have access to approved holidays. I already have the form and flow set up for approval.
