Append/Consolidate HTML Tables for summary email outside of DoUntil loop

My flow fetches a distinct list of all SalesReps and then uses a DoUntil loop to iterate through that SalesReps items in a Sharepoint List, and then builds an HTML table of these combined items and send each SalesRep a single email with all of their items in the body thereof.

What I'd now like to do is send the Sales Manager a single email, containing ALL SalesReps items in a single table.

Using a second CreateHTMLTable for the SalesManager doesn't work because it overwrites the contents with that of the last SalesRep that was iterated. I was hoping to find something like an AppendHTMLTable. I've also had a quick look at JOIN, but it doesn't seem to allow me to pass a table to it.

My flow currently looks like this:

Hi @wi11iamr ,

Do you want to send an email to the SalesManager with a summary of all the info from the list?

I am afraid that you may need to add another Create HTML table action outside of the Do-until loop then send the email with the output the html table. Please take a try with it.

By the way, adding the action Append to HTML table might be a good addition for Flow, please feel free post your idea at here:

Thansk @v-yamao-msft , I followed your advice and after my DoUntil loop, I simply added:

1. Get Items for All Records (as opposed to filtering within the DoUntil for each individual SalesPerson)

2. Select All

3. Create HTML Table

4. Send Email

I've also regsieterd the idea to be able to append to an HTML Table - it can be found at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Append-to-an-HTML-Table/idi-p/268155

I am also struggling on same kind of setup , please can you help me to consolidate items assigned to same person and send an email to him.

Hi @Sk97 , it's a bit difficult to help you with any further detail of your flow.

Using the recommendation from the solution in this topic, below is my final flow that I put together. Hopefully this can give you some pointers on how to fix yours.
