'Apply to Each' skips all the actions within it

Hi all,

I am recently working on an approval workflow.

However, I am getting some major issues here. Upon activating the flow in my SharePoint list, my approvals no longer works as the apply to each function skips whatever actions there are within it.

Here is a screenshot of my flow.

Look at the 'Apply to Each', it skips the approval and condition steps within!Look at the 'Apply to Each', it skips the approval and condition steps within!

Thank guys, please help me out here!

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated here!

Searched around and cannot seem to find a prior topic that has a solution for this.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you share a full screenshot of your flow?

Please share more details on your scenario.

I noticed that you are getting attachments from the SharePoint list item, and you are using actions Terminate.

Please make sure you do have attachments in the list. If not, it will return a result as you provided in the screenshot.

I have made the following test. It is triggered by When an item is created, then Get attachments from the list.

Add two parallel approvals, each within an Apply to each.

Outside of the Apply to each, add another Condition to check if the Title contains test, if yes, add a Compose action. If no, Terminate the flow as Failed.

When testing the flow, I found that when an item with attachments created, it runs as expected. however, when the item without an attachment created, the steps within the apply to each skipped.

Please make sure there are attachments in the list and feel free share more details if you are still having the issue.

Please check the following images for a reference.
