Apply to each created when pulling "To" email address from SharePoint list

I'm attempting an automated Approval workflow based on a PowerApp.

I have two SharePoint Lists

Employee Vendor Requests - requests are added via a PowerApp

Approvers - List of approvers with columns for Country, Name, Role (Financial Approver or Data Steward) and Email

When I select the UserNameEmail column an Apply to each field is automatically created. That doesn't seem like it should be a problem, but the Send email from shared mailbox choice never runs when I check Flow history and I'm not sure why.

The apply to each value is 'body('Get_Finance_Approvers')?['value']

The UserNameEmail value is items('Apply_to_each')?['UserNameEmail']

This is kicking my butt, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @awoodyyc

The action "Get_Finance_Approvers" says it all. You are getting a collection of approvers, so using any dynamic information from it will create an "Apply to each" 👌

Use a variable to collect the email addresses from "UserNameEmail" and use the variable in the To field.

Kind regards, John
