Apply to each - if column = 'Add to Bench'

I am trying to write a flow where if, within a sharepoint list a column = 'Add to Bench' then act.  However at the moment I'm unable to get past the very first condition.

Above is a screenshot of the flow so far.

And resultant error message.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi @PeggyLang

Could you please check the run history of the flow and see what the value its returning from the trigger (First step) for the IF condition mapping variable 'Next St...'. Are you mapping the correct Dynamic variable here?

Thanks

Above screenshots are my options.  I have actually tried both and neither of them work.
Perhaps the flow is not starting out correctly?

Should I be 'Get Item' after I identify when an Item is modified?

Hi @PeggyLang

Go to the main menu of the flow and check run history. Select the latest run and expand the first step.

I changed the action after trigger to 'Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)' and it is working very well now.
