Approval Email "Original Message" formatting

I built an approval flow and the email goes out correctly but there are 2 sections in the email. The "original message" on the bottom half actually has a cleaner format and allows me to click on hyperlinks (vs. the approval email body being a single section with no selection/copy available.

Is there any way to default to the 'original message' view?

Do you want to set the "Original Message" view as the default view within your Email message?

If you want to set the "Original Message" view as the default view within your Email message, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

Thanks Kris. As a workaround- is there a way to embed hyperlinks into the Approvals email? I have a Sharepoint list column attribute that is set as a hyperlink format but the approval email displays it as a string. I cant click it or even highlight to copy/paste the URL. Any way around this?

Do you want to embed hyperlinks into the approval email?

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

Within Body field, type the following formula:

<a href="Picture URL dynamic content">Button</a>

Note: The Picture URL column is a Picture type column that is set as a Hyperlink type format in my SharePoint list.

The flow works successfully as below:
