Approval Flow From Forms

Hi all,

     Getting started and the trainings I've come across don't exactly help me work through building a flow where I have a Microsoft form for a project request. After the form is filled out by the end user, it needs to go to their supervisor, another person after and then the president for approval (3 people total). Anyone have a clean, easy to understand how-to with regards to building that?
