Approval Flow - People Sequence

I have a business group that wants to automate an approval process for documents in an SPO library. The challenge is, they want the approval to run sequentially through a group of people (no prob) but they want some of the people in the sequence to approve multiple times.

The approval needs to run like this:

TOM -> LISA -> HENRY -> LISA -> CHARLIE -> HENRY

I can't figure out a way to accomodate this. If I have the requestor submit a list of approvers when the Flow is initiated, they can't add the same person twice. If I have them enter that information in a SharePoint people column, same issue - no repeats allowed.

Can anyone think of a way to solve this?

@jake :

One way to go about this would be to use two person or group columns.

Are you saying add a person column for each potential approver?
