Approval Flow in Canvas App

Hi all,

I have a approval flow which contains multi level approval process. For example, If approver1 approves then go to approver2 and If approver1 rejects then submitted request gets rejected

So, normally approvers gets an approval email with approve and reject button where approver approves or reject the submitted request. I want this same functionality on power app where user can directly approve or reject in canvas app.

I have seen documents, videos where you can either add approval process in canvas app or using power automate.

But I want both functionality in my solution like approver receives an approval email where he can approve/reject from approval email or he can come on My Approvals screen and submit his response from canvas app.

right now I have already performed approval flow using  power automate but I need something in between where approver can receive an email but can also see the submitted request.

Can someone please help me this? or suggest me any possible solution?

Regards

Hi Jackson,

I am in the same situation...

Did u find any solution?  I associated the flow with a button in the canvas app, but it only triggers the flow, manual approval won't update the initial approval request which leave it running in the Approval history.  I've done some researches and found this: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/building-an-approval-experience-in-canvas-apps/

But, i think it is easier just to create a custom flow in power app. Just wondering what is your workaround solution??
