Approval Flow requiring '2 of x' for approval

I am working on an Approval Flow right now, and one of the requirements is that '2 of x' (x being the group of approvers) approvals are needed in order for the Flow to be approved and continue. For instance, if the group had 5 members, two of those members would need to approve before the request is formally approved and the Flow continues. Has anyone addressed this before? If so, how did you provide a solution?

Re: Approval Flow requiring '2 of x' for approval

Hi @kwild1140,

I am afraid that it is currently not possible to formally approve a request based on percentage of approvals.

If you need this feature, please submit your request on Flow Ideas Forum, I will suggest other customers who have the same request to vote your idea at here:

Re: Approval Flow requiring '2 of x' for approval

Hi @kwild1140,

I assume that the solution I posted on another similar thread would be a reference for you. Please check it at here:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Approval-flow-where-at-least-2-of-3-approvers-mus...

For your scenario, you may need to add five parallel approvals then add a condition to check if at least 2 members have approved the request.

Please take a try with this workaround. While if you’d like to achieve in a direct way, please consider submitting the idea as well.

Best regards,

Mabel
