Approval Flow with Field Update

We are facing some difficulties while creating a workflow form through Office 365 flow.

We need to create a form where one of our team member can request for approval from his manager than another member to change a field in that submitted result, at each step team should be notified by email/push notification.

Real scenario: we created a form with the following fields (client name (text field), Amount (number), Status of request (check box)), it is a withdraw request, where back office team can request withdraw, the manager will be notified to Approve/Decline, after his update the accounting team can access and change the status field from request to in progress and later on to change it to paid, at each change of the status field a notification will be sent to the whole team. please advise.
