Approval Flow with comments that creates a note on Timeline from each Approver

Hi,

  • the task I want to accomplish is a bit fancy - When the on-demand Workflow is started, it sends the approval request to several pre-defined people and once all approve - change the status to approved and post a note on the timeline of the item, if the approver had any comments. the issue is that it works, but the note is always posted as the user who started the flow and not the Approver.
  • The field owner indeed makes the intended user owner of the note, but the timeline still shows the user that created it originally. Is there any way to fix this or a workaround to post a note on behalf of someone else ( I am testing as an admin so its not a rights issue)

Hi @vseykov ,

Sorry for there is no any way to post a note on behalf of a user in microsoft flow currently, microsoft flow could only create  the noote from the connection account in the action.

Best regards,
