Approval Flow with two approvers - with OR condition

Hello,

I have created sharepoint list based two level approval flow and its working fine. But my issue is when i apply OR condition for specific user email ID after my first approval, the condition not working .

For Examble:

User1,User2,User3,User4,User5,User6

Scenario 1 : if the user1,3,6 create new item in the sharepoint list, that will go for approval 1 & Approval 2 then flow end.

Scenario 2 : if the user2,4,5 create new item in the sharepoint list, that will go for approval 1 and check the condition and end the flow. It should not go for approval 2.

Re: Approval Flow with two approvers - with OR condition

Hi @Sakthisp87 ,

Please try to use the following configuration:

  • Compare the emails of user 1,3,6 in the Condition and set it to “is equal to”.
  • Note that you need to use Created By Email for comparison.

Re: Approval Flow with two approvers - with OR condition

Hi @Sakthisp87 ,

Please check if the created by email contained in When an item is created is in line with expectations.

Also need to pay attention to the method I provided, which replaces the email that needs to be compared. Before you use user2/4/5, you need to use user1/3/6 now.
