Hello, hoping to get some help building this out. Thanks in advance!
1. trigger: Excel file is saved in a specific folder
2. File is then automatically emailed to specific person for approval
3. If they do not approve, i receive an email or notification with their requested changes and/or comments
4. If they do approve, the file is then automatically send to next person for approval
5. If person #2 does not approve, i receive and email or notification with their requested changes and/or comments
6. If they do approve, the file is then moves to the specified "approved" folder and I receive a notification
optional step if the rest is possible. 6b. After all people have approved and the files has been automatically moved to the "approved" folder, it is then emails the file to a group of people along with 2 other files in an a specified folder.

Thank you so much, @v-litu-msft this is super helpful! I'm going to create and test this out now.
One quick question -- I'd like to do this in Onedrive for business. I can see the trigger is available there, but I'm not seeing "create sharing link for a file or folder". Is there another option that would work the same way? I was thinking of using "create share link by path (preview)". Do you know if this would work the same way?
And two other quick questions:
1. What does the "(preview)" mean after some of these actions? I'm assuming they can still open the file vs only seeing a preview, correct?
2. What does the "(properties only)" mean after some of these triggers/actions?
Thanks in advance for your help. Really appreciate it!
@v-litu-msft alright, I went ahead and tested it out using one drive for business but some some reason it's failing on the second step. Do you mind taking a look at the screenshots of my flow below and seeing if you can identify the problem?
Thank you!
Hi @melissacwilson,
It seems that your Flow structure no problem. Which action failed? Could you share the error information?

Hi @melissacwilson,
Are you the OneDrive For business owner?
If you aren't, you should connect with its owner to configure the setting of OneDrive for business Sharing:

HI @v-litu-msft our entire company uses One Drive. Shouldn't I be able to set up internal approval chains or is this typically something that has to be ok'd and setup by the IT dept?
