Approval flow not updating Item status and not bringing approvers comments to SharePoint List

After reading all great content available here I wasn't able to find a solution for my current issue. It is an approval flow for multiple approvers , need to bring all comments and update status in the list. Any advise will be very much appreciated

Please see my example below.  When you have an Approval set to All must approve, the Outcome of the Approval may contain Approve and Reject.  Therefore, you'll want to use contains in your condition and check for Reject.

Here is the output of my Approval action when the first approver approved and the second rejected:

Here are screen shot of my Flow - you'll need to add the Update SharePoint item action.  Note how I append both the Appeovers name and their comments to the variable.

@ScottShearer  is correct, you could refer the screenshot to create the flow, and in the Condition, If the Outcome contains Reject, update the Status Value field of the item to Rejected and if the Outcome don't contains Reject, update the Status Value field of the items to Approved.

Scott thank you very much, status update is working now. But, still not  bringing all comments into the list. Any advise?

Hi @mjeanfrancois ,

You forgot to add the comment variable to the Comment field of the Update item action.
