Re: Approval flow not updating columns

Hi @Astrum101

Your flow configuration looks ok to me. Could you check the run history and see what's returned?

Thanks

Re: Approval flow not updating columns

Hi @Astrum101

Change the IF condition to Response = Approve. That should work.

Thanks

Re: Approval flow not updating columns

Hi @Astrum101

Ignore my earlier comment change the Outcome = Approve

Use the Capital A as Approve.

Thanks

Re: Approval flow not updating columns

once i capitalized "A" it now fails at my first "apply to each" with the error

"One or more recipients are invalid.
clientRequestId: c1b12798-7f86-46b1-8cfd-d64e11831b5f
serviceRequestId: 3b6e5a6a-22d0-4846-97dc-41bcfbc63cce"

then skips the other "apply to each"

I deleted the email part to see if the update item would work but that also failed with

Could not find list item.
