I have a "Start and wait for an approval" action in the flow, and the problem is that sometimes it allows me to click Approve or Reject directly from the email, and sometimes from the email (that in this case has a little bit different look) when I click on the certain button Approve or Reject it redirects me to the Power Automate "Action Items" in a new tab in order to click for approval or reject.
So I read about Actionable messages but in the documentation it says that they are supported for Outlook on the web for Office 365, plus I can't see any logical explanation how it can be that sometimes it allows me to click directly through the email, and sometimes it doesn't. Has anyone face this problem, or has any idea what the problem might be?
Hi @SimonaB
I've faced this problem several times. It depends on whether the user's mailbox has been migrated to the cloud (Office 365) or it's still using Exchange On-Premise. When it's the latter, approvals application open in a new browser window. One possible solution is to use Approvals application in Teams.
Hope it helps!
