Approval is not accessible by the caller

This issue started June 10 (yesterday) and all the approvals from this flow gets message requested approval is not accessible by the caller. Three approvers (there is only 3 approvers) get this message starting yesterday. Prior to that there was not any problem. The approval is sent to a group email that all 3 approvers are part of. Any idea what could cause this?

I noticed the approval is set to the group email. If the approvers log into office under the group email they can approve. However that is not the process they used before yesterday and the approvals worked. Any ideas?
