Approval on SQL with child table

I have an approval setup when a new row is inserted on a SQL table.  This table has a child table that contains details for each line item so I added a step for 'Get Rows' so I could include this detail in the approval.  Well adding this step also added a 'for each'.

Any ideas how I can get these child rows to send with the approval?  I just want to send a single approval for the grouping, not a seperate one for each.

Re: Approval on SQL with child table

Figured it out.  I'm just appending the rows to a string and using markdown to format as a table in the approval email.
