Hi,
How can I customize the time to wait an approvals and to reassign automatically to another user if the time has passed?
?
Thanks.

There is nothing built-in that will do this for you. But you can adjust the Timeout settings on the Start and Wait for an Approval. Then when the Timeout expires you can have a parallel branch set to run that will send out a new approval to the other user.

Thanks for your rapid response. In my opinion ,it is an appropiate solution. And now I think, how the time is meassured? is it possible to use a work calendar?
If you mean how is the timeout measured, then its measured using an ISO 8601 duration. So for example 'P15D' would time out the Approval 15 days after it was first assigned. 'PT12H' would time it out after 12 hours. Its strictly a Timeout counter. There is no way to make it dynamic or connect it to a work calendar.
Ok, Many thanks!!!!!
