Hi everyone,
First time poster here!
I really want to utilise Approvals in Teams for the two teams I manage as a leave approval.
Once approved, I would love for a calendar event to be added to my calendar so I can keep track of everyone's where abouts. I have gotten close but no luck with achieving this. Has anyone done anything similar?
Further, the template in Approvals I've created is within a Team so not sitting in my Form templates. I have found that its not in the list when using Power Automate so I assume I will need to find the path and use this?
Thanks heaps in advance, I hope I have been clear enough!
Is it something like this you are trying to do?

Possibly.. what is the trigger and I'll give it a go 🙂
The trigger is what ever you want, when do you want it to trigger? 😃
I just used a button to trigger it.
I just did when a response is submitted.
I want the calendar subject to be the requester's name and the data of a specific field as the start date. Is that possible?
If the requester is the one who filled in the response from your trigger you probably can.
Also you can have the approval start date as starttime in your Outlook step.
I am following this thread as I have a very similar request. I have a Leave request form setup, and when I approve a leave request I wanted Power Automate to see that and create a calendar event so that we can see when employees are off in the calendar.
