Approvals Help--Returned Error

I built this flow that's sequence is forms>sharepoint>approval. 

The form is a pretty standard form, but at the end of the form, there is a question (non-required) that asks if there are any attachments to include. I used a parse JSON to be able to accept those attachments into sharepoint, and then was able to download the file content and attach it to an approval. However, when I submit the form and choose to not upload an attachment, the test fails. Is there any way around this?
