Approvals in three cases

Hello Guys,

I have created a form in forms, here you can choose between three options:

- option 1

- option 2

- option 3

"option 1", User Hans should approve

"option 2 ", in the first instance, Hans should approve. In the second instance, Fritz should approve 

"option 3", in the first instance, Hans should approve. In the second instance, Fritz should approve, in the third instance Tom shoud approve 

What is the best way to build the flow? First i tried a yes no condition, but that doesn't work.
