Approvals in until loop

Hello,

I create an approval flow.
But I want to relaunch every day the approvers who did not validate the requests
.

I added an approvals in a until loop, but until he approve the loop doesn't work.

I did with an email, but I want to send Approval every day.

Is it possible ?

If you know how to do, please help me.

Thanks in advance.

Fred

Hello,

Many thanks for your help.

The workflow is for recruitment process by our international subsidiaries.

I have to keep the structure of my flow, some actions before and after (5 approvers in cascade and some conditions depending of country)

But after some hours to search and test, I found a simple solution.

I initialize a variable at false.

I do a Until loop (until the variable is true).

In the loop, I add "start and wait an approbation" and "define the variable" at true.

Outside the loop, I add the condition where the outcome of approbation select if Yes or No.

But like that impossible to get out of the loop.

The simple trick is to add a timeout in the settings of the approval.

Thanks again for your help.

Hi @Daurelle,

I think you have no need to put the approval request action into the Do until loop, you could create a recurrence trigger runs every day to send Approval to who hasn't response the approval request, these steps are:

1. Store these Approver Email, name, response (it could be Yes/No) into a SharePoint list or Excel file.

2. Create a recurrence trigger runs the Flow every day;

3. Get the Approver Email form the SharePoint list, filter out whose response is No, send an Approval request to them.
