I have created an approval flow that sends an adaptive card to both a Teams channel, and to the approver via email. If the user approves or rejects the request in Teams, the adaptive card in the email is updated to reflect the results. If, however, the user approves or rejects the request in email, the adaptive card in Teams is never updated. If you go back to the Teams card and attempt to update it, you will be informed that the request has been completed. Unfortunately, if you don't select the same outcome, the correct outcome will not be reflected in Teams.
I've seen this type of issue in doing some web searches, but have not seen any resolution, so I thought I'd try it here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,
It's unfortunate that there is no way could call back to MS team adaptive card when an approval request response to the Email or Approval center. It's recommended that users reply to approval requests in teams as much as possible.
