Associate array values, compare birthdate with current date and send email to multiple recipients individually

I need help building this flow.

1. Build Array

2. Associate all (ID, FirstName, LastName, Email, Birthdate and Category). I think this is "Union".

3. Extract Birthdate and compare against the current date.

4. Send email (to email) that is associated with the birthdate. If two or more birthdates fall on the same day I would like to send an email to multiples recipients individually.

5. In addition to this I would also like to check to see if a meets the criteria of a certain category or categories.
