Associate flow actions to items created or retrieved.

Here is a scenario:

  1. A new message is posted to a specific Microsoft Teams channel.
  2. The Microsoft Teams connector triggers a flow.
  3. This flow uses the Planner connector to create a new task in a specific plan.

Once the card comes along, a team member works it through the different buckets in the plan. They finish the work and put the task in the final bucket indicating that no further work is needed. Later, someone posts a new message in the same thread as the previous message that created the card. This card now needs to go back to a specific bucket, so the Microsoft Teams connector triggers a different flow.

The bridge I would like to see constructed is the relationship between the first flow and the second. The second flow needs an awareness of the card that was already created by the first flow so that the existing card is modified instead of a new one being created.
