I'm having trouble to build a flow where I can attach images to e-mails.
I'm using Microsoft Forms as a automated helpdesk. The flow behind all of it will pick the right order and send an e-mail to the right person. The problem is that users can't send images. If I use the upload button, the image will be uploaded to the OneDrive of the e-mailadres that is sending from Microsoft forms. (firstname.lastname@example.org).
After trying several tutorials from here, I managed to attach the e-mail correctly, but now I have the problem that the Flow ONLY works when users attach an e-mail. So now I have to made a condition that the flow also will be continued even without uploading an image.
I have used the tutorial from here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Send-email-with-attaching-file-uploaded-from-micr...
I searched for myself and found a solution from: https://www.bythedevs.com/post/working-with-files-on-ms-forms-in-ms-power-automate
Quote from the website:
If I do this, my flow will be like this and it will not send any e-mail.
Help will be much appreciated!
can you try changing the group OR to AND on the two condition rows and in the second row check if empty is not equal to true. In this will make sure that the flow proceeds to yes branch only if the form option is selected as you have mapped in the flow and the image has been added. and if no, it will go to the no branch.
Hope this Helps!

Thanks for the help, see my screenshot.
When I convert the marked area to "equal" then the "no" section happens. When I use this one, only the "yes" section happens. Which will not work if an image is not uploaded, so I can still use one of the sections.
Which option do I need to change in order to use both of the sections? YES and NO.
Thanks for the help so far, I hope that we will get the solution
Tried above solution, but still didn't work, maybe because I'm new to power automate and I'm depending on online tutorials, which will help me to build this.
Is there anyone who can give me advice or simple solutions that can work?
