Attaching email as activity to Dynamics 365 Lead (Common Data Service)
Trying to attach an email as an activity to a lead in Dynamics 365 CE (specifically the Sales module). It is connected using the Common Data Service (Current Environment) connector. Will it have to be done as manually as a new record (activity), or is there an easier way?
@RaashiSen thank you for the option. I am hoping to attach it as an actual "Email Activity" in Dynamics 365 CE, instead of as an attachment to a Note. But I will keep your option in mind if I cannot find a more preferred solution.
