Auto population information from one list to a different list

I have two separate flows. The first is an HR onboarding process flow and a IT tech package request flow.  Once a candidate has been hired the supervisor will request a tech package for the new hire. The flows are under two different departments. Is there a way to auto populate redundant information from the HR list over to the IT list? (Names, job title, start date etc.) What would be the best way to design this?

Re: Auto population information from one list to a different list

Hi pandaviking,

Have you tried the following flow configuration?

You flow could be triggered by When an item is created, then use the action Create item to copy the info from one list to another list.

@pandaviking

You mean different Sharepoint Lists in different Sharepoint sites?

@efialttes

Yes. How can I link SharePoint Lists located under different SharePoint sites. I want to have a workflow continute onto the next workflow once a specific action is triggered or an column in an item is updated. I hope this makes sense.

Thank you!
