Automate exporting of Microsoft Planners

Am still looking for a step by step guide in this community to easily export all the plans from Microsoft Planners to excel. 

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for posting.

 

According to your requirement, you would like to configure flow to export all plans to excel. If that’s the case, please kindly refer below steps:

 

Since you didn’t mention any condition to start flow, thus I use ‘manually trigger a flow’ as example.

 

Here is my excel file, you can add more columns if you need.

First, add three main actions : ‘manually trigger a flow’ ; ‘list plans for a group’ ; ‘apply to each’ .

In ‘apply to each’, add ‘list tasks’ to find each plan. Then add one more ‘apply to each 2’.

In ‘apply to each 2’ , add the last ‘apply to each 3’.

In ‘apply to each 3’, add ‘get user profile’ to help us find user information about assignee and ‘add a row into a table ’ to copy data to excel.

Once tested, I will get excel file:

Thanks Anna. It worked

Hi

 

the section: In ‘apply to each 3’, add ‘get user profile’ 

 

when i add get user profile, it is requesting a UPN 

 

please can you advise?
