Automated Employment Offers

My company wants to automate employment offers and contracts.  I need to build a flow that populates candidate information into an offer letter template and sends the offer letter through DocuSign.  Then, the information needs to populate into an employment agreement template, and that needs to be sent through DocuSign.  I don't even know where to begin, and I have had terrible luck with flows and DocuSign.  I am open to any suggestions!

According to your description, you would like to get candidates’ information and send offer letter to user through DocSign.


Before we start configure a flow, could you please share me some information below?


Where did you store candidates’ information?

What’s the format of your candidate information?

What do you mean by offer letter template? As I known, there is no related feature in O365.


By the way, for DocuSign, we do have such connector supported in flow but we don’t have test account for this service as it’s a third party service. Thus, it extremely difficult for us to test directly. But I can share you some information about create flow with DocuSign.

Thank you for your response.  I was thinking of using a Microsoft Form to enter the information in.  That would require someone to enter the answers to the questions (name, address, etc).  The hope was that information, once entered into the form, would be populated into a preformatted template that we have on Microsoft Word or a similar platform.  Once complete, that document can be sent to DocuSign to request the employee's signature.

But, unfortunately it’s impossible to gather information from form and export to word template as no related action available in flow. As you can see, only conversion action listed for word.

Hi we have same use case from customer to automate their appointment letter process through MS Flow with DocuSign. However, there is no actions in Power Automate Flow that enable us to pass in the PDF file generated to DocuSign 😞  


We have created a MS flow to lookup the Clinician master to mail merge the clinician details in the appointment letter using word online. After that, we are converting it to PDF. But we cannot find any action suported in MS Flow to pass in the PDF to DocuSign to send to clinician to sign 😞


Any help or advice will be much appreciated! Thank you!
