Hi I am using several calendars to plan for manufacturing activity, each equipment has it's own calendar.
I would need a calendar that centralizes all the activities from these equipment calendars.
For example I have a calendar for Blending, one for coating and one for compressing. One batch of finished product always goes through these steps. I would like to have a calendar that centralizes these activities in one place. This could happen if each time when I plan for an activity in the Blending calendar the system would send automatically an invitation to the Main calendar. The should happen with activities in the Coating calendar and in the Compressing calendar.
Can you help me to send out the Meeting invitations automatically to a certain calendar, when the new Meeting is generated in a calendar? If I could link this automation to a custom Form it would be amazing.
Thank you,
Nandor
hi @Nandor what I suggest you is if the calendars are acceced by diferent users, please create a flow per user that have access to calendar in your account. To do that they need to give you the username and password of the accunts.
If you have access to all calendars please the same create a flow per calendar by folllowing this example
see the yellow part is for the frist example in case you need to add more accounts for different users.
