Automatically email members of an Outlook / Office 365 Contact List

Hello,

I would like to create a flow that emails all members of an Outlook/Office 365 contact list from among several other contact lists.

In the case below, there are two members of the Test Contact List which should received the emails. This will be triggered automatically on a weekly basis.

Thanks for any assistance.

Hey,

Unfortuantely not.

But you can create a folder and create your contacts inside the folder, then use Get Contacts to get people.

1.png2.pngYou can probally get rid of the loops, but this works.

You can use json schema:

{
"type": "array",
"items": {
"type": "object",
"properties": {
"name": {
"type": "string"
},
"address": {
"type": "string"
}
},
"required": [
"name",
"address"
]
}
}

Re: Automatically email members of an Outlook / Office 365 Contact List

Hi @raymonde

You can send emails to a group email address, but the members of the group could only receive the email in their group mailbox. Users won't receive this email in their own inbox.
