Avoiding overloading the API

Hi,

The following flow which works fine if i delete only a few items however, sometimes the users decide to run 500 or so items at once, that causes API errors as its overloads the system,

Can someone tell me and show me. Can i somehow make it only run say 20 or so at a time>? and make sure they all are successful before trying the next 20? Also if for some reason an error occurs can it automatically wait 5mins and try again? Also an email sent to the user saying which row failed if failed twice?

Sorry but this is currently out of my skill set

Thankyou for any help

This trigger will run every time a record is deleted. If you bulk delete, it will choke the system.

One way is to run a Scheduled flow every hour or so, compare the items with SharePoint and delete the ones that does not exist.
