Azure DevOps query results in HTML table (filter using Assigned to field)

Hi,

I am stuck in creating a Flow to achieve the below mentioned task. Hope you guys can help.

Background: My team uses Azure DevOps to keep track of our projects and I have created a query which pulls in progress items. I wish to send an email notification with repective workitems everyday to all my team members who have workitems in In Progress state.

So if there is a Team member A has 3 In Progress Workitems assiged to him then he should get 1 email with a HTML table showing details of all 3 and not 3 different emails.

How can I create a Flow for this.

Hi @Yash_Live ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your current flow?

Best regards,

Below is the outcome of the flow:

Below user has only 1 ticket but it is shown 3 times in the table.

Another user who has 2 tickets gets the email twice with 3 entries.

I think there is some kind of a loop getting created.

What I am looking for is that every user (Assiged to) should get 1 email which has a table with all the workitem details in it.
