Using the trigger When an appointment is created on Microsoft Bookings, Get Events V4 in Outlook to get the details and then add a row in Excel. I am able to make it work but every time a new appointment is made, all appointments are added again to the Excel File and I just need them once. Also, it seems it takes more than an hour to process and sometimes it says "Succeeded but the data is not in the Excel File. So, my questions are:
1. How to just add each appointment once with each trigger?
2. How to make sure it is always transfers to Excel
3. How to cut the time is takes to populate in Excel.
