Box Create File - Status 400 BadRequest Error


I am trying to upload a document from my Cognito form to my box account.

Using create File Box action, I am receiving a Status 400 error.


The create file is failing with the following output:


"status": 400,
"errors": [],
"debugInfo": "clientRequestId: 1f6d715c-f945-4145-926d-91fd4ab9ab26"
I am very new to this, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @PDunn,


Could you share all the screenshots of your Flow configuration?

I did a test on my side and couldn't get the file contents of the files contained in Entries through Cognito related trigger.

I am afraid there is no way to transfer files in this way.

@v-bacao-msfthere is the screenshot.  I can see in the content the file name, and link, etc...
