Buffer around new outlook event (how do I merge 2 flows into 1 and 2 other questions?)

Hi super smart people I have 2 flows; 1 creates a buffer before a new event and the other creates a buffer after the same new event (latter shown below).

Flow for buffer after eventFlow for buffer after event

Q1 - 'Add an action' results in only the 1st action working and the 2nd one failing; am I using the wrong action type?

Q2 - Existing events - is it possible to apply this kind of flow to existing (not new) events?

Q3 - I tested the flow on recurring events and it only actioned the buffers for the 1st instance; how do I get it to action for all occurrences?

Hi @nhu112 ,

For your first question, please explain more details about the problem and explain the action that you mentioned.

For your second and third question, yes, you could add a "Get events" action of office 365 outlook connector and then apply to each event to create a new event.

Best regards,
