Build SharePoint List Flow to Populate Another List

Hi.  I have a SharePoint list that is setup so that users can only see the items they create for security issues.  I would like to create a second list that will populate with a copy of items from the original list based on criteria.  For this example we have a Division column.  If the division is Marketing, I'd like a copy of this item to go to the second list.  Is that possible?

Hi @MikeNJ00

Yes, this is perfectly possible using Flow. The trigger can be when an item is created, then you check on the condition, for example being from X Division and you can populate another list with the Flow using the create item action.

So this list already has items tagged with this division. If I do when an item is created, or even created or modified it will only pull in new items or recently modified one's.  How could I get it to pull everything already tagged with that division and anything created/modified after as well?
