Build a flow that sends Outlook Calendar invite to 10 people, then once one accepts, cancels the rest

Hi there, 

I am interested in building a flow that creates an event from a powerapp and invites 10 people.  Once one person accepts, it then cancels that event for the other 9 people that the event was sent to.

How can this be done?  I can create the powerapp and create the event, not sure how to get to once the event is accepted cancel for other 9.  Any guidance would be helpful.
