Building Flow for Excel Forms to Planner

I am trying to create a task planner once a form is submitted. However, I am unable to make the Title for my task to be the column of a question in the form.

I am not understanding how the expressions are used and would love to know more if what I am requesting is possible.

Re: Building Flow for Excel Forms to Planner

Hi @Chrisc37,

Could you please share a bit more about your flow's configuration?

Do you add a "Get response details" action of Microsoft Forms connector within your flow?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please take a try with the following workaround:

  • Add a "When a new response is submitted" trigger, specify Form Id.
  • Add a "Apply to each" action, input parameter set to output of the trigger.
  • Within "Apply to each" action, add a "Get response details" action, specify Form Id, Response Id field set to Response Id dynamic content of the trigger. Then add a "Create a task" action.

Please take a try to add a "Get response details" action within your flow and check if the issue is solved. Please let me know if the above solution could solve your problem.
