Dear Community--newbie here.
I'd like to use Flow for the following use case:
Send an email to a specific item in a Sharepoint list using a button.
In other words, I'd like to have a button that will feature a drop down of a person in a list that will send an email to that person. Is this doable in Flow?
Thanks, Jason
Hi @wiredup,
Not sure how you want to specify the item in the list.
Let’s say that you will specify the item when clicking the button with a text input. Then Get items from the list, if the text you specified in the button is equal to the Title in the list, send an email to the People in the list. (Note: People is the column name and of type People or Group)
Please check the following screenshot for a reference.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
Hello, @wiredup!
Have you had an opportunity to apply @v-yamao-msft‘s recommendation to adapt your Flow? If yes, and you find that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and click “Accept as Solution” so that this thread will be marked for other users to easily identify!

Not yet; I see the manual input for the flow... how do I link it from within a sharepoint site? I.e., how do I set a URL link?
Hi @wiredup,
Do you want to insert a URL link in the email body?
If yes, please try to add the following code in the body field and make sure enable Yes for Is HTML field.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
No, the scenario is:
I want to select an employee and send an email with multiple attachments. How do I literally embed the link on my Sharepoint webpage to kickoff the Flow?
Thanks!
