Building a ticketing system WITH ATTACHMENTS from forms to planner using power automate

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to build a ticketing system using forms and transferring the uploaded attachments to Planner.

Currently, I have forms in place with the attachments saving to my onedrive account. I have shared this folder with my team who will be accessing the tickets in planner and will need access to the attachments I assume.

I have created my flow but cant seem to get the attachments to attach to attach to the planner. If no attachment, I fail at "Parse JSON" stage. I know I need a conditional state prior to the JSON but no clue what it looks like.

If there is an attachment, I fail at the "Get file content" stage. I have no idea how to fix this.

This is the code within "Parse Json"

    "type""array",
    "items": {
        "type""object",
        "properties": {
            "name": {
                "type""string"
            },
            "link": {
                "type""string"
            },
            "id": {
                "type""string"
            },
            "type": {},
            "size": {
                "type""integer"
            },
            "referenceId": {
                "type""string"
            },
            "driveId": {
                "type""string"
            },
            "status": {
                "type""integer"
            },
            "uploadSessionUrl": {}
        },
        "required": [
            "name",
            "link",
            "id",
            "type",
            "size",
            "referenceId",
            "driveId",
            "status",
            "uploadSessionUrl"
        ]
    }
}

Then this is the "Get File Content"

Finally  "Update Task Details" Which I have not gotten to yet.

Hi @nfrench09

You can create a parallel branch that only runs if "Get File" fails, something like this.

Let me know if that helps.

Kind regards.
