Building flow to assign dynamic edit rights based on column value changed.

Hello every one,

I am trying to build a tracker which involve a shared list between IT and Audit department. This list will be managed by IT so I have the admin role and rest of IT and Audit teams have been assigned read roles only. I want to assign edit rights in three scenarios.

1. when assigned to column is updated, I want to revoke previous permissions and assign to new person in assignedto column.

2. When rfistatus is updated to under-validation then revoke assigned to rights and assign edit rights to person in auditor column.

3.   When rfistatus is changed by auditor to anything other than under validation, revoke auditor rights and assign edit to Assignedto person.

Please let me know the best way to do this. I am a newbie programmer and only one in my department. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
