Building our 1st flow - welcoming suggestions for 4 steps

Hello,

 

Building our 1st flow, have never used Power Automate, and welcoming suggestions for 4 steps indicated by >>

What/how do we use to send a confirmation email when appointment booked on calendar and include a Teams or Zoom link?

What/how do we send a confirmation email, text or voice reminder the day prior/day of the appointment?

What/how do we send a followup email after the appointment?

 

Ideal flow: 

Forms

Bookings

Outlook Calendar

>> Calendar confirmation email

>> Conduct meeting via M/S Teams/Zoom

>> Calendar reminder day prior/day of email &/or voice recording

>> Automate follow up email after the appointment

You can create a Microsoft Form that contains the necessary information about the scheduled subject, attendees, start time, end time, details, etc.

Then create a Flow, once a Form submits, creates a new Outlook calendar based on the information, about this part, you could refer to this post:

Using-Forms-to-create-an-Outlook-event-at-a-specific-time

 

After creating the calendar, create a Send Email action send a confirmation email to attendees.
