CYCLICAL FLOW

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a flow that uses Online Business Excel and Outlook. Where I'm coming unstuck is with the use of Data Operations and Condition Controls.

The outcome I'm chasing is a flow that operates once per day, though has a cyclical function that reads every row of the worksheet, and proceeds with an individual action per row. The action will be reliant on a conditional element in that respective row.

Examples of data:

- Customer name

- Customer email

Row condition: created today

Basically, I want Flows to read the individual row, if a certain condition is met (created today), extract the data from that row (customer name & contact), and apply it to an email (HTML email formated with customer details). Rinse, and repeat until every row has been checked in that flow run.

I've had a cursury attempt at configuring flows but haven't had the time to invest into creating a solution. I'd appreciate any input.

Thank you

Re: CYCLICAL FLOW

Hi @Poweruser007 ,

First I made a Excel file with three columns, shown as below:

Then I made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.
