Calendar and OneNote

Hi,

AIM: To create a flow so when a meeting is put in the outlook calendar (with a specific category) it creates a OneNote template within Teams.

PURPOSE: Every client/prospect meeting has a standard form which will can then be populated with meeting notes.

Thank you in advance (this is driving me insane!!! Smiley Frustrated)

Hi @ SW13,

Do you want to create a OneNote template within Teams when a meeting is created in the outlook calendar?

Firstly, could you please share more details about the specific category of the meeting?

Microsoft flow support to trigger a flow when an event is created in the outlook calendar, so trigger a flow only when a specific category of meeting is created in the outlook calendar is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

However, you could add a condition under the trigger to filter from the new event to only get the specific category of meeting.

Secondly, Microsoft flow support to post messages to a channal of a team in Teams connector currently,

Creating a OneNote template within Teams

is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently.

Alice Zhang
